My name is Sarah, founder of L&L and face behind the bar (usually). We have a fantastic crew to staff your events and create the perfect atmosphere.

Lemon and Lace Bartending Co. has come to life rapidly, and I could not be more thrilled to watch my vision grow. My husband Stephan and I had postponed our wedding through Covid, and we FINALLY tied the knot September 2021 - The interesting planning process is where my vision began. I’m a mother of FIVE sweet little humans. I spend the majority of my week at home with them while spending my weekends with my lovely clients celebrating important, and unforgettable milestones.

Creating a work environment for myself that allows me to be present in my children’s everyday life, is something I only dreamt of being able to accomplish.
